Affleck defies Jennifer Lopez: He smokes while Christmas shopping with JLo!

Ben Affleck was spotted smoking in a parking lot after taking a break from shopping along with his wife Jennifer Lopez on Monday in Brentwood, California.

The famous singer has reportedly asked Affleck to quite the bad habit, but he seems to be ignoring her pleas, as he enjoyed his cigarette outside the shops.

"Ben has given up a lot of his vices over the years, but he just can't get rid of the cigarettes," an insider told RadarOnline.com back in September.

"It's his one guilty pleasure and something Jennifer might have to learn to live with."

Holding a soda in the other hand, Affleck put his cigarette out before Lopez left the shops. The signer and her son, Max, met the famous actor, who carried the shopping bags as they left the parking lot.

"I'm not sure Jen is going to win this battle," a close friend told RadarOnline.com.

"We would all love Ben to stop smoking but it's up to him, not her."

Affleck has reportedly promised JLo that he is not going to smoke in the house, but he does not seem to be willing to kick the habit.

"Jennifer hates smoking," another source added.

"You do not look like Jennifer Lopez if you don't look after your body. She doesn't drink, she doesn't eat bad food and she certainly doesn't smoke."
