Thus, Leo Gallagher sued his brother for false advertising and violation of the Trademark in 2000. The court banned Ron from performing any acts that impersonate Leo or create confusion among the fans. After the lawsuit, the brothers were not much close to each other, and Ron disappeared from the public limelight.
