Specifically, about Sonny’s bipolar medication. During another confrontation, Carly explodes and tells Sonny that he’s not making any sense.

Carly rambles on about how Sonny thinks everyone is out to get him.

Then, Carly suddenly stops and her jaw drops. Then, Carly realizes that Sonny’s problem is his medication.

Now, Carly will assume that Sonny’s not taking his medication. Sonny will insist that he is every day, just like he did to Jason.

There is absolutely no reason for Carly to suspect that Sonny’s meds are being tampered with… except for the Ava Jerome (Maura West) factor.

If Carly starts looking into Sonny’s behavior more closely, and remembers the conversation with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about Ava, then this could end with another twist.

Fans know that Ava just had the medication tested and isn’t responsible for the tampering.

However, Ava is just as guilty because she knows Sonny’s meds aren’t right and is saying nothing. So, what happens when Sonny turns on Ava?
