Marcus T. Paulk, the former child star, was not recently arrested. He was, however, arrested on the same crime seven years earlier. Recent claims of Paulk’s detention seem to be fake and were spread to garner public attention. Perhaps the reporter mistook the star’s 2015 case for a more current one?

Marcus T. Paulk was arrested on 1 February 2015 in Arizona for DUI and narcotics possession, according to TMZ. According to law enforcement officials, the musician was detained by Maricopa County Sheriff’s officers following a Super Bowl party and blew a.109. A bag of marijuana was also allegedly discovered with him.

During a routine traffic check in Scottsdale, Paulk was stopped for following too near to the emergency vehicles. According to the police, he failed a field sobriety test and admitting to having drunk Hennessy and marijuana earlier in the day.
