Multimillion-dollar Caroline Springs home smashes suburb record by $650k

A luxury six-bedroom pad in Caroline Springs has blitzed the suburb’s house price record by a whopping $650,000.

The 37 The Strand home sold after only 20 days on the market for a $3m sun, soaring past the previous $2.35m record set by 15 Wellington Place in March last year.

The Eleet Caroline Springs agent Akshit Gahlayan said the lucky buyers loved “everything included” in the property, particularly the open-plan living room and views of Lake Caroline.

“Both the vendors and purchasers are very happy,” he said.

The glamorous four-storey home features elevator access from each level and an eight-car basement garage with a turntable — the only basement garage in the area, according to Mr Gahlayan.

There’s also an array of contemporary amenities, such as automatic lights, electric blinds and a chic kitchen with European appliances.

The spacious main bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a dual-vanity ensuite with a freestanding spa and sizeable walk-in wardrobe, complete with a laundry chute.

An underground basement could also easily be turned into a studio, powder room, study, spare bedroom or gym, while the theatre room with a bar and kitchenette is perfect for entertaining.

CoreLogic records show the stylish abode was built in 2003 and last sold in 2011 for $390,000.
